What to Expect

Every nutrition session is personalized to meet you where you’re at — focusing on your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. Whether you’re working toward a complete lifestyle change or simply want clarity and confidence in your food choices, I’ll help you find balance with a plan that fits your real life.

I often integrate the following areas of practice to support long-term health and confidence with food:

Intuitive Eating

Intuitive Eating is a self-care framework designed to help you heal your relationship with food. This approach is weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned, and has a validated assessment tool, along with a growing body of research demonstrating improved mental and physical health outcomes.

There are 10 Principles that teach you how to tune into your body’s physical cues and remove negative rules, thoughts, and beliefs, so you can honour your health and meet your body’s needs.

Intuitive Eating may be a good fit if you:

Feel guilt or shame after eating so-called “junk” or “bad” foods

Are exhausted from a lifetime of dieting, but don’t know what to do next

Feel frequently overwhelmed by food rules and trying to eat “clean”

Sport Nutrition

Nutrition is a critical part of an athlete’s life. The daily choices you make about what, when, and how much to eat are amplified when those choices directly impact sports performance, training, and recovery.

Whether you are a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior, or just want to get the most out of an active lifestyle, I break down the sports science and make sports nutrition easy to understand so that athletes can adopt positive, long-term healthy changes that support optimal sports performance.

I can provide practical strategies for:

Pre and post-training/event nutrition

Fuelling and hydrating during sport

Managing GI concerns and food tolerance

Family Nutrition

Feeding your toddler or school-age child doesn’t have to be a battle. Using evidence-based strategies, I can help you make small, manageable changes to your food environment, language, and expectations so that meals are enjoyable for the entire family.

My goal is to help parents feel supported in raising children who trust their bodies, enjoy a variety of foods mindfully and who have a positive relationship with food and body long term, so they can succeed in all areas of life.

I can give you strategies to:

Start your baby on solid foods with confidence.

Approach common nutrition and picky eating struggles.

Manage meals and snacks around a jam-packed family schedule.
